Position StatementThe Housekeeping Trainee learns about the Housekeeping department’s operations and related skills, works independently in certain service positions, and supports other departments to achieve their targets.

What will I be doing?
As the Housekeeping Trainee, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Adhere to the hotel’s policies and procedures, Hilton code of business conduct, the hotel’s team member handbook.
The Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice.
Independently work at certain service positions.
Learn and practice according to the training plan.
Support other departments’ team members to complete tasks at a high standard.
Assist department managers with certain administrative work.

A Housekeeping Trainee, serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

College degree and above.
English literate to meet business needs.
Willing to learn about room division in the hotel industry.
Strong communication skills and a good team player.
Good service attitude.
Basic knowledge of hotel management and operations.
Good execution and result focused.
