[HN] AI Engineer (Product - Focused)

In the next phase, we are building the Core AI Capability for a Vibe Code Platform- a platform that enables developers and creators to build products using AI, prompts, and automation.
In this vision, AI is not just suggesting code. AI becomes the engine that powers the entire product- building experience. We are looking for a Product- focused AI Engineer to help build this platform.
WHAT YOU DO
As an AI Engineer, your main role is to design and build the core AI capabilities powering our Vibe Code Platform — enabling developers and creators to build products using AI, prompts, and automation.
You will:

AI- assisted debugging and developer support
Code understanding and refactoring
AI- driven code generation and editing

Automated test and documentation generation
Prompt → feature scaffolding
AI- assisted development workflows

Tool / function calling pipelines
RAG- based knowledge systems
AI agents for development workflows

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong product engineering capabilities, including:

Solid understanding of LLM systems, including: RAG; AI agents; AI- assisted coding systems;
Ability to design and implement AI workflows;
Experience building and shipping AI features into production;
Strong Python engineering skills;
3+ years of experience building AI/ML systems or AI- powered products

Nice to have

Designed LLM workflow orchestration systems
Experience working on developer tools or dev productivity tools
Integrated AI into real- world product workflows
Built AI coding assistants
