Responsibilities

Help update important details such as license status, destinations the guide can cover, and languages they can speak.
Assist in reviewing and verifying existing tour guide profiles to make sure all information is accurate and up to date.
Organize and upload any missing documents, such as profile photos or certifications, to complete each guide&039;s file.
Support in collecting information from new guides and entering their profiles into the system accurately.

Qualifications

Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team.
Good command of written and spoken English orFrench/ German. Other language is a plus
Has a professional mind- set and a passion for travel and his/her work
3,4th year student study in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or other related field
Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
Interest and/or experience in the travel industry
Good computer literacy (MS Office; Travel related software)
