Level: Junior / Fresher (Entry- level welcome)
Location: On- site, Hanoi
Pando Infinity is a startup focused on innovative software and Web3 projects. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to join our team and scale our ecosystem projects.
Core Responsibilities
(Common for both levels, but expectations on autonomy will differ)
Content & Social Media

Channel management: Manage and scale social channels (X, Telegram).
Content production: Research market data and catch real- time trends to produce high- quality content.
Engagement: Directly interact with the community and reply to comments to maintain high hype levels and user retention.

Operations & Growth Support

Campaign execution: Set up and manage quest tools to acquire users.
KOL outreach: Source and message KOLs/Alpha groups for collaborations.
Planning: Participate in brainstorming and drafting plans for marketing campaigns and growth activities.
Reporting: Update weekly metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) to track performance.

Required Qualifications

English: Strong written English.
Growth mindset: Result- oriented and obsessed with metrics.
Web3 native: You understand Web3 fundamentals.
Agile execution: A fast learner who thrives in a fast- paced startup rhythm.
Experience: 6- 12 months in Web3 is a plus, but we welcome high- potential Freshers.
