About the Role
The
Strategy & Operations (SO)
role is designed for high- potential individuals who want to push their growth through real, hands- on experience in the gaming industry.
You will take on a series of challenging, high- impact projects across game- related functions. Each assignment is
designed and guided by our senior leadership team- including Country Head and Game Leaders.
You’ll get your hands dirty from day one- working on projects that matter, learning by doing, and being held accountable for real outcomes that impact our millions of players. Over time, you’ll develop a holistic view of how our games are operated, and grown at scale in a leading digital entertainment company.
What You’ll Do
Take ownership of measurable outcomes, often tied to real business results, from revenue- driving campaigns to product feature rollouts
Rotate across functions – with each project being designed to be long enough for you to create real impact
Execute critical projects across areas such as game operations, player experience, marketing and so on
Work under the mentorship of senior leaders, with project goals and scopes directly crafted by the Country Head & Product Management Leaders
Handle end- to- end execution: from planning and coordination to problem solving and performance tracking
Receive dedicated coaching and frequent performance feedbacks to accelerate your development
Learn the inner workings of the gaming business by taking part in the actual running of it
Job Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of full- time experience
Strong academic background from top- tier universities in Vietnam or abroad
Deep passion for games – you understand game mechanics and enjoy discussing strategy with fellow players
Proactive and gritty – you’re not afraid of hard work or starting from the ground up
Exceptional logical and structured thinking; comfortable working with data and breaking down complex problems
A builder’s mindset – you don’t just enjoy games, you want to shape how others experience them
Clear and confident communicator, with the ability to work well in teams
