About the Role
The Internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands- on legal experience in a dynamic, international work enviroment with a focus on foreign investment law, corporate services, and regulatory compliance in Vietnam.
We are currently seeking a Legal Intern to join our team at GPL- a foreign law firm under RBA Vietnam that provides high- quality legal services to international companies operating in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
As a Legal Intern, you will wok directly with our lawyers and advisors to support client matters and internal projects on a day- to- day basis. Key responsibilities includes (but are not limited to):
Help prepare legal opinion, letters, articles, and service proposals.
Assist in legal research and summarize relevant updates on Vietnamese regulations impacting foreign- invested enterprises.
Handle other legal or administrative tasks as required.
Support the drafting and review of contracts, company policies, internal regulations, licensing/tax applications.
Provide support on due dilligence reports in M&A transactions.
Join client meetings (when applicable) and support follow- up actions.
Who we&039;are looking for
Strong research, analytical and communication skills
Detail- oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
Good at English
Proactive, eager to learn and able to work both independently and in a team.
Final- year student or recent graduate majoring in Law or related fields
