JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain artwork library and collateral inventory.
Ensure brand compliance in all visual materials.
Support hotel promotions and events.
Attend briefings and meetings with vendors.
Design flyers, e- flyers, and guest materials.
REQUIREMENTS
College degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
Minimum internship period of 3 months
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job summary
Develop media communication tool, e- flyers, printing flyers, Guest contact printing items based on Brand Standard directed by the Marketing and Communications Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
Assist Marketing & Communications Manager and attend meeting with Printing House.
Attend Daily briefing/Weekly meeting.
Work in line with business needs
Maintain collateral and conduct occasional audit
Support Marketing Communications Manager upon hotel photography shoots/talent
Assist with promotions (eg seasonal sales promotions and special events)
Attend key meetings
Assist with brand standards policing
Maintain developed artwork library in Sales & Marketing Share drive.
Co- ordinate hotel brand standards collateral
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Proven experience of efficiently handling ADOBE Suite
Acceptable command of English language
Team player and great interpersonal skills
Exhudes confidence and great at delivering presentations
