Working location: Gia Lam, Hanoi (Have shuttle bus to pick up employees from other areas of Hanoi)
Job Description:
Import Logistics:

Other tasks as required
Check and ensure the correctness of shipping documents: commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, Certificate of Origin
Check Debit note from forwarder/carrier to ensure price & volume are all correct
Create inbound shipment, inbound shipment cost on SAP
Work with Suppliers & Carriers/NVOCC regarding booking
Control & follow monthly payment to forwarders/carriers
Apply correct HS code & prepare customs declaration to forwarder
Liaise with Suppliers, Procurement, SOIP & Factory regarding delivery & shipment plan
Ensure the compliance & correctness of import customs declaration sheet issued by forwarder

Report:

Other data collection report upon manager&039;s request
Monthly report on logistics cost, import lead time
Weekly report on shipment status

Others:

Monitor forwarder & evaluate them every year
Build up logistics cost reduction method

Job Requirements:

Open minded & embrace changes, Take challenges
International trade experienced
Excellent in oral and written English.
Over 1 year experience in logistics related field is preferred
Experience in SAP is an advantage
Logical and systematic approach to work
Strong interpersonal communication ability
Familiar with Microsoft office software and good at Excel
