𝟏) 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

•ESP portfolio: update, maintain, presentations preparation

•ESP events organization: meetings, workshops, training sessions, and other ESP events preparation including scheduling, participant registration, materials preparation, photocopy documentation, and meeting minutes

•Translation and proofreading between Vietnamese and English

𝟐) 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Vietnamese citizens in the last year of their bachelor’s degree study or newly graduated students within 6 months upon commencement of the internship;

• Majoring in social science, sociology, sustainable development, international relations or similar are preferred;

• Interest in and basic understanding about the energy sector and/or in development cooperation is an asset;

• Eager to learn and develop skills in a professional environment;

• Proficiency with MS Office;

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese;

•Good communication skills;

• Ability to do multi- tasks, work independently and efficiently.
