[HO] MIS - CORPORATE BUSINESS DEPARTMENT

Key Responsibilities:
Performance & KPI Management
· Calculate and validate weekly/monthly KPI results for Business Units & Corporate RMs.
· Develop and maintain Corporate RM incentive scheme, KPI schemes or campaigns/promotions to boost business performance.
· Ensure data accuracy and consistency across KPI reports & incentive reports.
Reporting & Data Analysis
· Prepare regular business performance reports for management, executives and board of directors.
· Construct & develop dashboards to visualize key performance, trends and product analysis.
· Conduct ad- hoc data inquiries and analysis to support business decisions.
· Prepare & support in regular reports or upon request to State Bank Vietnam and internal/external parties.
Data Management & Automation
· Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and timeliness.
· Maintain documentation for all reporting logics and data sources.
· Extract, clean and transform data from core banking systems.
Business Support
· Support management in annual KPI and incentive scheme design and simulation.
· Work closely with Business Units, Product and other performance management teams to align KPI definitions, results and data logic.

Qualifications & Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot); Experience in SQL or VBA is a plus.
· Analytical mindset, detail- oriented, willingness to learn and strong problem- solving skills.
· Good communication skills in English.
· 2- 3 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics, or Data Reporting (preferably in Banking).
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields.
