Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a memorable guest experience.
Prepare daily operational reports and perform other duties assigned by management.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Welcome and assist VIPs, repeat guests, and guests with special requests.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Supervise, train, and support the Guest Relations team.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent in Hospitality or a related field.
Good English communication skills and proficiency in another foreign language
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS (Smile).
2–3 years of Front Office experience, including supervisory experience.
Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
