Contribute to building a strong organizational culture and employee experience aligned with brand values.
Coordinate workforce budgeting, organizational structure setup, and leadership hiring processes.
Implement talent acquisition strategies, including recruitment planning, employer branding, and candidate pipeline development.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks are effectively established and implemented.
Support the development and execution of the overall people strategy and workforce planning for the pre- opening hotel.
Yêu cầu công việc
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Have 5–7 years of experience in human resources, preferably in hospitality or pre- opening environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related majors.
Have knowledge of HR strategy execution, recruitment, labor law, and HR operational processes.
