Hospital Tender Manager

We are looking for an experienced
Hospital Tender Manager
to manage and execute tender activities in hospitals and medical institutions. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of pharmaceutical tender procedures, excellent communication skills, and solid experience working with hospitals.

Prepare tender reports, pricing proposals, and recommendation documents.
Manage the full hospital tender process: document preparation, bidding submission, tender participation, and result follow- up.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
Manage tender contracts and ensure timely execution after winning bids.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, procurement departments, and tender committees.
Monitor tender schedules, pricing, bidding requirements, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams (regulatory, sales, logistics, accounting) to ensure all documents are compliant and submitted on time.
Support sales team with product information and tender strategies.

Pharmacist practicing certificate – preferred.
Good English communication skills (speaking & writing).
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
Ability to work independently; high responsibility & attention to detail.
Over 5 years of Hospital Tender experience in pharmaceutical companies.
Strong understanding of Vietnam hospital tender regulations.
