Receive, manage, and confirm table reservations via phone, email, and the restaurant’s booking channels.
Welcome guests and create a professional, friendly, and refined first impression from the moment they arrive.
Manage the table layout, reservation status, and coordinate with related departments to optimize service capacity.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Proactively greet, guide, and arrange suitable seating for guests, ensuring a smooth and seamless dining experience.
Assist in providing information about the menu, services, events, and special promotions of the restaurant.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good communication and problem- solving skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, professional attitude, and willingness to build a long- term career in a premium service environment.
English communication skills are an advantage.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in Fine Dining restaurants, 5- star hotels, or luxury service environments.
Qualifications or professional certificates in tourism, restaurant, or hotel management are an advantage.
