Delivers the brand promise and provides exceptional Guest service at all times to internal Customers as appropriate.
Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.
Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel team and Hyatt International.
Updates room status via telephone interface system.
Checks and cleans operating equipment.
Maintains the cleanliness of corridors and surrounding back areas.
Empties soiled linen from pantry to soiled linen room
Cleans and make- up guest rooms following cleaning policy and procedure
Refreshes flowers set in guestroom
Checks and verifies room status report.
Changes light bulbs in room (if could)
Provides evening service
Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
Reports lost and damaged items following policy and procedure
Cleans and tidies pantry and toilet
Checks and replenishes Minibar
Reports room defects.
Responds to changes in the department functions as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
Reads the hotel&039;s Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel&039;s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Ensures all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing a prompt follow- up.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
Cleans and setup the trolley before shift ending

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and equipment.
Familiarity with safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotels/resorts is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Basic communication skills in English.
