Key Responsibilities
• Support the management team with staff schedules, notice boards, and departmental communication.
• Coordinate communication between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments.
• Answer internal calls and assist with guest requests, follow- up, and documentation.
• Maintain inventory records for amenities, linen, and supplies; assist with ordering when required.
• Handle all administrative duties of the Housekeeping Office, including filing, reports, and documentation.
• Update room status, maintenance requests, and work orders in the PMS accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare daily reports (room status, productivity, linen usage, lost & found records, etc.).
• Ensure all activities comply with hotel policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in a 4–5 star hospitality environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Professional, service- minded, and aligned with hotel standards.
• Experience in Housekeeping or administrative roles preferred.
• Knowledge of PMS (Opera) is an advantage.
• Good command of English; proficiency in MS Office.
• Detail- oriented, accurate, and well- organized.
