Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in all inquiries regarding to Room.
Communicate information that is requested to and from guests, housekeeping employees and others
Daily task assignment for housekeeping employee on Opera, Lost & Found items, etc
Handle housekeeping admin tasks such as updating housekeeping employee schedule
Perform other duties or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
Answers phone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions

Communication Skills
Ability to fluently read, write and speak English
College Diploma or equivalent experience
Ability to operate computer equipment
