Housekeeping Supervisor

Maintain accurate records, daily reports, and communication with Front Office and other departments.
Supervise Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants during daily operations.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
Handle guest requests professionally, ensuring timely follow- up and resolution.
Conduct inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.
Ensure all cleaning procedures, checklists, and brand standards are followed consistently.
Support the Executive Housekeeper with inventory control of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
Assist in training, coaching, and motivating team members to enhance performance.
Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up until completed.
Coordinate room assignments, special requests, VIP rooms, and turnaround priorities.
Yêu cầu công việc
1–2 years of experience in a 4–5 stars hotel environment, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
Professional, service- oriented attitude aligned with hotel standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of PMS/Opera is an advantage.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Diploma/degree in Hospitality or related fields.
