Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle onboarding processes and prepare recruitment reports.
Receive hiring requests, post job ads, source candidates, and arrange interviews.
Training Coordination
Schedule training sessions, prepare materials, take attendance, and collect feedback.
Track On- the- job Training and maintain training records.
HR Administration
Support employees with HR- related procedures and collect dependent information.
Manage fingerprint data, attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Assist with internal reward activities.
Office Administration
Support internal events and general admin tasks.
Register visitors, book meeting rooms, and arrange tea- breaks.
Handle mail, courier items, car/taxi arrangement, and office mailbox management.
Prepare payment documents and manage stamps, documents, and forms.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in HR or Admin roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
Education: At least College degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Skills:Good English communication skills.Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.Good time management and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
