GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS:
In charge of all aspects related to HR & Admin issues of the company.
JOB DUTIES:
- Maintain, develop and ensure the best practices of internal HR & Admin policies & procedures
HR:
- Manage Personnel documents : employee profiles, labour contracts : offer letter, probation contract, probation evaluation, new contract, appendix, renew contract…
- Prepare yearly labor cost
- In charge of recruitment : coordinate with functional manager about employement needs and requirements, search candidate profiles, shortlist, interview
- Prepare external & Internal reports
- Managing and monitoring the training plan: gathering needs, proposing training activities, and implementing the program
- Handle Expat issues : visa, work permit, residence card,…
- Monthly PIT report and yearly PIT finalization
- ESG referent : Collaborate with departments to integrate ESG into daily business operations.
- Develop and implement training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills
- Register employee tax code and dependent registeration for PIT
- HR projects : Cafe with HR, manager support, QWL surveys, salary analysis
- Control Timesheets and leaves :daily timesheet, paid leaves, unpaid leaves ; ensure accurate data for payroll and analysis
- Salary & benefits : organize and improve in annual or periodical salary review, bonus, allowances…
- In charge of healthcare procedures: madatory insurances, health care insurance, annual health check

Admin:
- Organize internal activities and contribute to building a strong company culture: monthly party, Year End Party,…
- Work with VSIP landlord and other suppliers for daily food, car leasing, hotel reservation, air ticket…
- Manager Driver and arrange transportation schedule upon request
- Control stationery order and delivery
- Manage Cleaners to ensure cleaness of the factory
- Work closely with Security Agency, Fire Protection team, Maintenance team… to ensure security & safety of the factory
