HR & Admin Supervisor

Collaborate with department heads to identify recruitment needs, participate in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening applications, 1st interview).
Propose the development and updating the HR processes, regulations, and policies to ensure the stable and effective operation of the human resources management function.
Other tasks assigned by superior.
Participate in resolving labor disputes and employee grievances (if any) in accordance with legal regulations and company policy.
Coordinate the implementation of the periodic employee performance appraisal process.
Identify training needs and coordinate the organization of training courses to enhance employee capabilities.
Coordinate internally to ensure welfare benefits (social insurance rights, sickness benefits, maternity leave, work- related accidents, termination) are paid to employees in accordance with legal regulations.
Organize the onboarding process for new employees (company introduction, regulations, policies, preparing working facilities).
Yêu cầu công việc
- English communication skills for daily HR- related work
- At least 3- 5 years exprience of Proven HR management experiences.
- Strategic thinker with a hands- on attitude
- Degree in Human Resources major at university of economics or foreign trade.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
