Talent Acquisition
Monitor and manage recruitment KPIs (lead time, conversion rate, cost per hire, etc.).
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job needs and propose effective sourcing methods.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool within the digital marketing and agency industry.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for key positions.
Optimize candidate experience and reinforce employer branding.
Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and offering.
HR Operations
Ensure HR activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Manage employee records, labor contracts, onboarding and offboarding processes.
Oversee attendance, leave, and overtime tracking when required.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive employee engagement and satisfaction through various HR programs.
Organize internal events such as birthdays, holiday celebrations, teambuilding, training programs, and company activities.
Support initiatives to maintain and enhance company culture.
Administration Management
Manage reception, cleaning, security, and IT vendors as needed.
Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
Supervise office administration activities including office supplies, vendor management, service contracts, and company assets.
Team Leadership
Train, mentor, and develop junior staff.
Prepare and present HR reports to the line manager.
Assign tasks, monitor workload, and evaluate performance of HR & Admin team members.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 4–5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition within Digital Marketing or Marketing Agency environments.
Strong understanding of digital marketing roles, agency structures, and industry workflows.
Excellent recruitment skills (sourcing, networking, interviewing, assessment).
Team management experience is a plus.
Experience as HRBP or TA Specialist in an agency is a strong advantage.
Well- organized with strong time management skills.
Good command of English (speaking and writing).
High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and solution- oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic, and agency environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
