HR Analyst

- Gather information from multiple sources to enter it into the HR system in a timely manner with the highest level of accuracy.- Ensure the data is error- free, and stored safely.- Update the database, transactions with proper approval.- Identify problems with the current database and propose suitable solutions.- Act as a contact point for HR system related enquiries- Provide data support to HR teams while ensuring compliance with data privacy and data confidentiality regulations- Calculate HR metrics, analyze data, prepare reports of data result, present findings to supervisor- Based on analysis, make recommendation to assist decision- making Assist in HR surveys from market research vendor- Other duties as assigned by managers

- Graduate university or college- 1+ year of experience in HR- Experience in HRIS (Cadena and Workday) is a plus- Responsible, careful, high attention to detail- Data analytical mindset and strong problem solving skill Good in English (both written and verbal)- Proficient with Excel. Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Automate is a plus
