Position Overview:
Support the Admin & HR Manager in overseeing and managing all HR- related functions, including Employee Relations, HSE and Administration. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws and promote an effective and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & HR Projects
Prepare HR- related reports and analytics.
Support audits and HR compliance reviews.
Participate in HR system improvement and digitalization projects.
Staff Attendance & Disciplinary Control & Industrial relations
Handle disciplinary issues and enforce company policies.
Monitor and manage staff attendance records.
Employee Grievance & Dispute Handling
Address and resolve staff complaints and workplace conflicts.
Act as a mediator between employees and management.
Union Relations
Ensure compliance with union agreements.
Manage communication and negotiations with the union.
Employee Engagement
Foster a positive and committed work environment.
Plan and organize employee activities and events.
Training & Development
Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
Identify training needs and coordinate staff training programs.
HSE support:
Implement the government relationship as request.
Oversee general matters as safety, hygiene, and environment.
General HR & Administrative Support
Oversee general matters such as housekeeping, hostel, and transport arrangements.
Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidentiality and integrity.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing
Analytical thinking and process orientation.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem- solving skills.
Leadership and people management.
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Good knowledge of Vietnam labor law.

- Working hours: From Monday to Friday: 8:00 to 17:00. Saturday: 8:00 to 12:00
