Reporting to the HR Manager and HRBP Team Leader, the HR Business Partner Officer will be responsible for delivering an excellent employee experience, ensuring smooth HR operations, and maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies. This role plays a key part in employee engagement, relations, and performance management, contributing to the organization’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Employee Relations
Foster strong employee relations, handle concerns, and support a positive workplace culture.
Act as a strategic partner to managers, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Employee Engagement & Retention
Support coaching and mentoring programs to drive performance and retention.
Develop and implement engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance & Policy Management
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and support business needs.
Work closely with managers to monitor employee performance and implement improvement plans.
HRIS & Reporting
Maintain and analyse HR data to provide insights for decision- making on staffing, attrition, and workforce planning.
Yêu cầu công việc
HR Business Partnering experience is a strong plus;
Ability to interact proactively with management and employees at all levels within the organization in the resolution of HR perspective;
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills;
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in manufacturing or BPO companies, or who have extensive experience in handling labor relations.
Experience in data analysis;
Experience in event organization is an advantage.
Ability to deal with various types of persons using appropriate conversation and methods;
Good proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and in Microsoft Excel;
Strong understanding of Vietnam labors and best practices;
