Role Overview
This internship is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, or People & Culture
The HRBP Intern will support the HR Business Partner team in delivering people solutions aligned with business needs. This role provides hands- on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and basic HR analytics while developing a strong understanding of how HR partners with business units.
Key Responsibilities
HRBP & Business Support
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentation materials
Support HRBPs in day- to- day people matters for assigned business units
Employee Lifecycle Support
Support employee data updates and ensure accuracy in HR systems
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Help track probation, contract renewals, and employee movements
HR Operations & Administration
Support implementation of HR policies, guidelines, and internal communications
Coordinate with HR Ops, Payroll, and other stakeholders when needed
Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation
Reporting & Data Tracking
Assist in collecting and organizing HR data (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.)
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
Support basic HR dashboards and reports for internal use
HR Projects & Initiatives
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, or internal events
Participate in ad- hoc HR projects as assigned
Support HRBP- led initiatives such as engagement activities, surveys, or culture programs
Learning Outcomes
Practical exposure to HRBP work in a real business environment
Development of communication, organization, and analytical skills
Understanding of HR processes, policies, and stakeholder management

Final- year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Strong interest in HR Business Partnering / HR Operations
Comfortable with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Detail- oriented, organized, and willing to learn

Priority will be given to candidates who can work full- time during the week. Leave without pay may be requested for personal matters, school attendance, thesis work, etc.
From 09:00 to 18:00 (lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00), Monday to Friday.
