HR C&B Executive

Position: HR Executive – Compensation & Benefits (C&B)Employment Type: Full- timeWorking Location: Di An, Binh DuongWorking Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Monday to Friday)JOB DESCRIPTIONManage and execute monthly payroll processing accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and Vietnam labor regulations.Maintain and update employee data related to payroll, taxes, insurance, and benefits in HR systems.Handle Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) procedures and coordinate with local authorities.Administer employee benefits programs and support communication of related policies.Prepare HR reports, cost analyses, and periodic C&B summaries for management review.Support internal and external audits related to HR, payroll, and compliance.Review and improve C&B processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Provide guidance to employees on compensation, benefits, and HR policy inquiries.Perform other HR- related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem- solving skills with high attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law, PIT (Personal Income Tax), and social insurance regulations.
3–5 years of experience in HR, specializing in Compensation & Benefits / Payroll.
