JOB PURPOSE /MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC:
• To ensure a smooth and efficient running of Human Resources department.
• To ensure that all local government laws & regulations are strictly implemented at all times.
• To ensure that all human resource policies and procedures are implemented properly.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES /TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH
In charge:
• Payroll: Make & calculation monthly salary/Payroll for company for both full- time & Casual staffs
+ Check Time attendant record for fulltime staff and process to provide data for Payroll calculation for All staffs + Control, manage & verify Annual Leave and Over- time of all departments.
• The Activities: Support the activities (Spring & Summer Outings, Children Day, Mid- autumn, Year- end party, ...)
• Recruiting Activity: To support Post Job, screen CV and arrange the interview the candidate
• Canteen: Prepare meal consumption requisition report for Canteen Supplier on every beginning of the month, make monthly meal report.
• Labor contract: To make all Labor contract types for all staff.
• Personal Income Tax (PIT): Registration the PIT code & family deduction for newcomer. Support PIT finalization yearly report
• Employee Profile & Other Files: File all staff’s documentation in Staff’s Pro- File.
• Insurance: In charge of compulsory Social Insurances arrangement (Compensations & Benefits) such as doing monthly social insurance report, making claims for social insurance benefits for employee, doing monthly social insurance reconciliation Report, ...
• Locker: Ensure male & female Lockers are cleaned and tidy up!
• Trade Union: Handle Trade Union benefit claims.
Other duties: will be assigned by the Department Head any time.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Good interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills.
• Computer literate i.e. Microsoft word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Good command of English language.
• Strong command of human resource management skills.
• Experience 1- 2 years in a managerial capacity at Hospitality field.
• Good organizational and administration skills.
