* Admin Task:- Monitor and do office- related tasks- Receiving phone calls, faxes, in charge of incoming and outgoing documents. Manage file files, official documents and contract documents for the provision of goods and services.- Prepare forms and administrative documents as required by superiors.- Manage and equip stationery, office equipment for the company.- Plan and manage the company canteen.- Coordinating shuttle bus for employees and guests- Booking air tickets, hotels, visas and work papers for Expats- Arrange and provide all necessary items for new employees such as stationery, workspace, cards, ETC. Arrange working schedule/Organize meetings.- Suport BOD Team* HR Task:- To manage employee records in accordance with company regulations- To control the attendance of the departmentsdata- To make a list of new issues, amendment cards, cut / return health insurance cards to employees according to regulations- To follow up and implement procedures for job invitation, probationary evaluation, signing labor contract, salary increase, promotion, transfer, discipline, reward and dismissal.- In- charge hiring and training- To perform other tasks assigned by the Head.

- Graduated: University or higher in related majors- Good at English- Good at computers- Priority for appearance- Skillful communication, careful, hard- working- Progressive spirit and eager to learn
