Recruitment (30%)
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including contract preparation and induction programs.
• Manage end- to- end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Conduct market research on talent trends and provide insights to improve hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, referrals, and partnerships with universities and recruitment agencies.
Compensation & Benefits (25%)
• Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Manage employee benefits, including insurance, allowances, and other welfare programs.
• Handle social insurance, tax declarations, trade union fund and labor- related payments.
• Address employee inquiries related to salary, benefits, and HR policies.
Evaluation and Promotion (15%)
- Manage and alert the team managers to the evaluation and promotion for each team member ahead of time.
Provide the information to support the smooth evaluation process and give the advice/ explanation (if any)
External & Internal Networks, Legal, and Admin (30%)
• Handle administrative tasks related to HR documentation, contracts, and legal filings.
• Support HR events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

Must- have:
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and benefits
• 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and C&B.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
