About HR Lead Position
We are seeking an HR Lead who combines strong operational management with strategic vision. This role is ideal for someone who can organize and optimize HR operations, enhance recruitment efficiency, and provide strategic HR advice to the Board of Management (BOM) based on a deep understanding of the talent market
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead full- cycle recruitment for engineering, QA, and business roles across Vietnam.
Oversee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration.
Strengthen the company’s employer branding to attract top tech talent.
Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build scalable sourcing pipelines.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor laws, tax, and social insurance regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and policies aligned with ISO standards.
Implement HRIS systems and automation tools to improve efficiency.
Oversee visa, work permit, and relocation processes for expatriates and regional staff.
Compensation, Benefits & Performance
Administer competitive compensation structures aligned with company growth phases.
Oversee payroll, compliance, and benefits management in partnership with finance.
Implement and manage performance review cycles and competency frameworks.
Leadership & People Strategy
Build and mentor a small HR team to support the company’s 5- year expansion plan.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on people- related issues.
Advise leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce development.
Organization Development & Culture
Build and promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Partner with executive leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the HR field, including at least 3 years in a team management role
In- depth knowledge of HR compliance practices and labor regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a strong advantage
Demonstrated ability to provide data- driven HR insights to senior management.
Strong understanding of market trends, compensation benchmarking, and workforce planning.
