HR Senior Executive (Training, HR Admin & Labor Relations)

Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
• Develop and implement the annual Training Plan based on hotel business objectives, departmental needs, and employee development requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct training programs including:
Orientation & Onboarding Program for new employees
Mandatory compliance training (safety, hygiene, security, etc.)
Soft skills and operational skills training
Hotel standards, service culture, and brand training
• Maintain training records, attendance reports, evaluation forms, and training documents.
• Monitor employee development progress and support career development initiatives.
• Support internal departments training and coordinate with external training providers when required.
• Work closely with Department Heads (HODs) to identify training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.

HR Administration
• Manage and maintain employee personnel records, HR documents, and confidential employee information.
• Prepare HR reports including:
Other HR- related reports as required
Employee movement reports
Training reports
HR statistics and manpower reports
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Coordinate employee probation evaluation, prepare labor contracts, contract renewal process, and HR documentation.
• Assist in HR policy implementation and internal communication.

Labor Relations & Employee Relations
• Maintain good employee relations and provide HR support to employees and managers.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding employee welfare, engagement activities, and internal communication.
• Support the management of employee relations activities to promote a positive working environment.
• Support labor inspections and preparation of required labor documents.
• Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and labor- related issues following proper procedures.
• Support the implementation of labor policies, hotel regulations, and HR procedures in compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law.

Education
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
Experience
• Experience in a 4–5 star hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR practices.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, Training, or Learning & Development role.
Skills & Competencies
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and managers.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good facilitation and training delivery skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
