Position Objective:
• Employee relations and culture activities, Recruiting and retaining good talents, accomplishing the organization goals and improving employee performance, morale and practical at work, providing good HR service to all employees
Tasks/ Responsibilities:(Main Activities)
• Accomplishing organizational goals
• Conducting exit interviews to understand the reason for termination.
• Overseeing other HR staff and managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruiting, hiring, training, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Counseling employees as required.
• Developing talent and upskilling employee capabilities
• Implementing recruitment, payroll, learning and development, or compensation policies in an organization
• Designing compensation and benefits packages.
• Recruiting and retaining good talent (including onboarding new hires)
• Developing new HR policies and updating existing ones based on the company&039;s values and ensuring employees adhere to and comply with them.
• Make good relations and develop the company culture to all employees.
• Ensuring a seamless experience for the staff and other people associated with management.
• Executing the employee&039;s annual review procedures.
• Cooperation with vendor to deliver the best service to the employees including canteen, cafeteria, transportation…based on the requirement.
