Main Responsibilities
Manage recruitment for all local and international teachers and staff at the School
• Responsible for developing recruitment strategies that include processes, recruitment templates, candidate evaluation criteria, hiring plans, and teachers and staff manpower headcounts.
• Manage the onboarding process and guidance for for new both local and new foreign teachers and staff.
• Manage the recruitment process for both local and foreign teachers and staff.

• Manage legal formality work for the recruitment process and the use of foreign employees.
• Manage support and engagement work for foreign teachers and staff, ensuring continuous support and connection activities to improve integration and work efficiency of foreign teachers and staff.
• Manager the plan, timeline, and guidelines for foreign teachers, ensuring the updates align with legal regulations
Manage and supervise the competency framework, job titles, levels, positions, work allocation, and job descriptions for all school positions.
• Develop and execute a program for succession planning and talent development
• Propose and coordinate with Dean Departments to build and apply a system for competency and performance evaluation.
• Develop a competency system for job positions
• Establish and refine work allocation and job descriptions for all school positions
In charge of organization development and training programs for the school&039;s staff and teachers
• Evaluate training outcomes and monitor performance post- training
• Evaluate the training need; establish training objectives, purposes, programs, and plans that align with the school’s development strategy
• Organize and implement orientation training for both local and foreign teachers and staff
Cohesive activities and mental health of the entire school&039;s teachers and staff
• Manage organizing well- being and bonding engagement activities for teachers and staff of the school such as Sport clubs
Performing other tasks as assigned by the Manager
• Carry out other HR tasks
