We are looking for young, curious, and highly motivated individuals who can seize exciting market opportunities and turn them into impactful brand strategies and execution.
Job Responsibilities:
Support leadership in building strong, motivated teams through coaching, development planning, and succession readiness through talent review.
Prepare employment contract, review local benefits and administer monthly payroll.
Design and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and alignment with global HR standards.
Supervise the Office Administration Team in daily operations and handle office renovation or administration related projects.
Provide HR support to managers and employees, advising on local practices, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
Provide input into workforce planning, recruitment & retention strategies, and cost optimization aligned with business goals.
Coordinate with other countries on Regional projects.
Organize employee engagement initiatives and staff activities to create a coherent team culture.
Manage annual compensation review, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing HR budget & forecast, making recommendations based on market benchmark and implementing pay & benefit structure revision.
Launch performance management processes according to Group guidelines.
Oversee day- to- day HR operations in Vietnam, including Talent Requisition, Payroll & Benefit Administration, Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations & Engagement and Office Administration.

Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken); demonstrates logical thinking, integrity, and confidentiality.
Strong understanding of regulations on social insurance, personal income tax, and labor law.
Proactive mindset with strong risk assessment capabilities and effective employee- relations handling skills.
Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
At least 6 years of experience in C&B or Total Rewards, including a minimum of 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
