HRBP - Chinese Speaking - Salary Up to 50Mil

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company and department’s objectives and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.
Foster strong relationships with business units to understand their needs and deliver customized HR solutions.
Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to build a high- performance culture.
Lead talent management efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support data- driven decision- making.
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support.
Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver best- in- class HR service.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Chinese Study or relevant fields
3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role.
Fluent Chinese and able to communicate in English
Demonstrated ability to use HR analytics to drive strategic decisions.
Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Ability to work under high pressure
Experience in the automotive industry or a global organization is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and global HR trends.
