HSE Officer - Open For Junior

Champion initiatives to promote sustainability, resource conservation, and waste reduction within the organization.
Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement appropriate control measures.
Liaise with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and external partners to stay abreast of HSE regulations, best practices, and emerging trends.
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project teams and departments to ensure HSE compliance and integrate HSE considerations into business processes and decision- making.
Maintain accurate HSE records, documentation, and reporting systems to demonstrate compliance and facilitate internal and external audits.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and develop corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future occurrences.
Provide HSE training and support to employees, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
Support emergency response planning and participate in drills and exercises to ensure readiness and effectiveness.

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 9001....).
Minimum of 1 years of experience in HSE management.
Working place: 182- 184 Bui Ta Han, An Phu, Thu Duc (D2 Dist.), HCM
Working time: 5 days/week (Mon- Fri, 8:30- 17:30)
Attention to detail and ethical conduct.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.
Professional certifications related to QHSE are highly desirable.
