HSE Specialist

HSE Specialist manage on- site activities related to safety, health, through planning, implementation, executions, regular site- walks and reports, providing daily advices, incident investigations and coordinating closure of action items.
Onsite checking

Cooperate with relevant departments to improve the work environment is in safe condition;
Take immediate and appropriate action when an "imminent risk of serious injury" has been identified;
Oversee operations on a daily basis to ensure all employees follow local and cooperate safety regulations;
Maintain & apply safety operating system in working area;
Issue work permits and monitor implementation.

Machinery safety

Design, organize the workplace, and other ergonomic factors;
Assess work conditions and the corresponding evaluation of risks.
Maintain and enforce safety requirements for new machinery and equipment, processes, and materials;

Health

Manage PPE delivery and usage efficiency.
Identify potential risks, cooperate with medical staff, to figure out the solution to improve employee’s health;

Training & Reporting

Prepare reports for corporate safety, security & regulatory meetings.
Develop and present training programs for employees at all levels;
Complete all compliance training as required of safety engineer;

Other job assigned by manager.

Language: Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus;
Experience: From a year of experience, prefer relevant experience in manufaturing;
Others: Proactive in the work, optimistic, creative, and careful.
Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Major/Subject: Labor Safety, Environmental Engineering, and related technical fields;
