Risk Assessment & Compliance / Đánh giá rủi ro & Tuân thủ.- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, luật pháp Việt Nam).- Develop, implement, and maintain the Safety Management System with KPIs, audits, and continuous improvement.- Thực hiện nhận diện mối nguy, đánh giá rủi ro và đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định HSE, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, pháp luật Việt Nam.- Xây dựng, triển khai & duy trì hệ thống quản lý An toàn với KPI, đánh giá nội bộ và cải tiến liên tục.2. Training & Awareness / Đào tạo & Nâng cao nhận thức.- Organize HSE training programs, induction training, toolbox talks (TBM), and awareness campaigns.- Conduct regular refresher training, HSE meetings, record violations, and promote safety awareness.- Tổ chức đào tạo HSE cho nhân viên mới, hướng dẫn an toàn đầu ca (TBM), chiến dịch nâng cao nhận thức.- Triển khai đào tạo định kỳ, họp HSE, ghi nhận vi phạm và thúc đẩy văn hóa an toàn.3. Incident & Emergency Management / Quản lý sự cố & Ứng cứu khẩn cấp.- Investigate accidents/incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions.- Provide first aid and manage emergency response plans, ensuring drills are conducted.- Điều tra tai nạn/sự cố, xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ và triển khai hành động khắc phục – phòng ngừa.- Tổ chức sơ cấp cứu, ứng cứu khẩn cấp và diễn tập định kỳ.4. Workplace Inspections & Hygiene / Kiểm tra hiện trường & Vệ sinh.- Conduct safety inspections, workplace audits, and monitor corrective actions to ensure safe conditions.- Inspect canteens, medical rooms, locker rooms, and sanitation facilities.- Thực hiện kiểm tra hiện trường, đánh giá định kỳ và giám sát việc khắc phục để đảm bảo an toàn.- Kiểm tra nhà ăn, phòng y tế, phòng thay đồ và khu vệ sinh để đảm bảo vệ sinh lao động. 5. Safety Equipment & Fire Protection / Thiết bị an toàn & PCCC.- Ensure all safety and fire- fighting equipment (boilers, pressure vessels, forklifts, elevators, extinguishers, etc.) are legally certified, inspected, and maintained.- Organize fire prevention training, firefighting drills, and manage PCCC documentation.- Đảm bảo thiết bị an toàn & PCCC (nồi hơi, bình áp lực, xe nâng, thang máy, bình chữa cháy…) được kiểm định, bảo trì đúng hạn.- Tổ chức huấn luyện, diễn tập PCCC và quản lý hồ sơ.6. Documentation & Reporting / Tài liệu & Báo cáo.- Maintain HSE documentation, prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports, and present findings to management.- Track violations, reminders, corrective actions, and ensure proper follow- up.- Quản lý hồ sơ HSE, lập báo cáo định kỳ tuần/tháng/năm và trình bày kết quả cho Ban Giám đốc.- Theo dõi, tổng hợp vi phạm và giám sát hành động khắc phục.7. Collaboration / Phối hợp.- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, HR, and other departments to align HSE activities with business goals.- Cooperate with external agencies during inspections, audits, and reporting.- Làm việc chặt chẽ với các phòng ban (Sản xuất, Bảo trì, Nhân sự…) để đảm bảo hoạt động HSE phù hợp với mục tiêu công ty.- Phối hợp với cơ quan chức năng trong các đợt thanh/kiểm tra và báo cáo. 8. Regulations & Continuous Improvement / Pháp luật & Cải tiến liên tục.- Continuously update laws, regulations, and international standards related to HSE.- Advise management and promote continuous improvement in safety performance.- Liên tục cập nhật các luật, nghị định, tiêu chuẩn quốc tế về HSE.- Tham mưu Ban Giám đốc và thúc đẩy cải tiến liên tục trong công tác an toàn.
