Role Description
The HSEQR Coordinator is assisting in maintaining a certain compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements. This includes document management in translating and maintaining safety data, coordinating with internal teams to support reporting to government authorities.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop content of sub- label templates for new products.
Listing the special control chemical on the Government site respectively & provide the necessary information to the Operations team to prepare controlled chemical transaction reports.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Prepare and draft monthly GSP pharmaceutical warehouse documentation in compliance with the GSP SOP.
Follow – up with the Item Creation Centre of Regional regarding to the translation of MSDS for products classified as D1 (Dangerous & Hazardous), D2 (Hazardous but NOT Dangerous) and HS code based on the chapter 28 & 29 for the new products & translate existing product material by the new legislation.
Listing the Food/ Feed & Vet, API & Excipient information which has dangerous Chemical and declare on the government&039;s website beforeon the Government site respectively.
Upload both English and Vietnamese versions of MSDS for D1, D2 products for HS code based on the Chapter 28 & 29 to the internal system.
Preliminarily review and identify whether the a MSDS pertains to a licensable category.
Assist the supervisor in preparing business performance and industrial chemical importation reports for submission to government authorities.
Coordinate and submit applications for import licenses related to sample pharmaceutical raw materials.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE /TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCIES
Proficient in both English and Vietnamese, with strong translation skills.
Chemical knowledge is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in Health, Safety, Environment & Quality.
Familiarity with MSDS and HSEQR principles is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bachelor degree in Chemistry / Sciences/ Food/ Pharmaceuticals or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
