Main purpose of the position:
Site checking, recording, and timely reporting to provide solutions and ensure the stable performance of the Brewery’s buildings and infrastructure, matching agreed standards within a defined budget
Supervising the execution of 3rd Party contracts associated with buildings and site infrastructure
Implementing, following, and ensuring that the Facility maintenance activities meet ISC Building Maintenance and Carlsberg Excellence standards
As a Facilities Engineer, you are responsible for:
Fully understand stakeholder expectations at a detailed level, making great efforts to meet the needs.
Actively collect or receive and consolidate work orders from stakeholders, then develop maintenance implementation plans for alignment with the People Manager.
Implement facility maintenance activities as aligned plan and ensure compliance with HSE requirements (especially LOTO policy), Food Safety, and Hygiene standards.
Conduct daily supervision, inspections, and assessments of facility conditions, proactively identifying issues, recommending solutions, and implementing actions to ensure OTIF performance. Scope includes, but is not limited to:
· Building & Contents: CSA works, MEPF works, HVAC works, Facilities equipment (Furniture, Kitchen equipment, Hoist/Lifts, Cleaning vehicles…etc).
· Infrastructure: Road, pavement, gardening/landscape, Waste/storming drainage system, Fence, Gate, External lighting,…
Ensure contractor resources are aligned with operational demand and effectively supervise all contractors/third- party providers, including:
· Deliver facility- related services and report issues in a timely manner
· Review MOS/JSA, ensure timely toolbox meetings
· Conduct site check to verify compliance with H&S rules and regulations, ensure facility maintenance meets quality and required standards, and deliver cost- effective service levels throughout the contract.
· Comprehensively understand the contract terms and conditions, service scope.
Performance Management: Reporting within Navision system
· Enter agreed 3PP work orders into the site Navision system
· Issue work orders (WO) for the local team
· Propose checklists, process confirmations and inspection to ensure work is to the required standard
· Check on completion of WO and close out in Navision.
Ensure maintenance records for infrastructure are properly maintained and provide timely reports with proactive solutions to support stable facility performance.
Perform other ad- hoc tasks as required by the business.
Facilitate bi- weekly/monthly Facility meetings to present progress updates, outline solutions, and address requester inquiries.
