{HUE} - Line Technical - Specialist ( Chuyên viên kỹ thuật dây chuyền)

Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, safety, and cost control
Work closely with production to ensure stable operations.
Lead maintenance activities for assigned production lines/areas
Own maintenance standards, RCA, and improvement initiatives
Build team capability and performance culture
Coordinate people, contractors, and resources through team leaders and M&U Manager

Education and Experience:

Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in maintenance roles within production environments, preferably in the food industry
University degree with major in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Automation)
Good knowledge of HMI / SCADA / industrial networks, and the operating principles of key automation control system, electrical and mechanical components
Strong analytical for troubleshooting and solution oriented
Hands- on experience with PLC/automation software (e.g. Siemens / Schneider / Omron / Mitsubishi / Proface) and mechanical design tools.
Demonstrate commitment and personal ownership

Plan effectively, set priorities and put ideas into practice
Seize opportunities, embrace and drive change.

Language skills:

Ability to communicate in English
