Ensure accurate on- boarding & termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related departments, exit interviews & onboard/of- board checklist.
HR Trainee is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Human Resources Department (HR).
Support the preparation and management of C&B- related documents.
Participating in the pre- training preparation, post- training follows up.
Handle other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Coordinating in- house activities monthly.
Providing support to the Human Resources Team members in recruiting (proceed the application and interview; post- interview follow up & on- boarding support).
Ensure accurate & up- to- date employee data base as well as completion of employee’s personal profile.

Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn.
Good communication skills, careful and responsible.
Proficiency in video creation and editing using CapCut, Canva, or equivalent tools is an advantage
Available for a full- time internship for at least 6 months.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3rd or 4th- year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Good command of English
