Our client is aforeign- invested company, now looking for anHuman Resource Manager (Garment, ID19424, 1500USD):
Advise and support management and department heads on HR- related matters.
Ensure consistent implementation of company HR policies and procedures across all departments.
Maintain up- to- date organizational charts and employee records.
Manage the end- to- end recruitment process for all levels — from factory workers to key technical and management positions
Develop and implement effective HR strategies to reduce turnover, particularly among blue- collar employees, and enhance employee engagement and retention.
Oversee performance appraisal and salary review processes to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits trends; propose improvements to attract and retain talent.
Coordinate with the Compliance Manager to support audits and ensure smooth factory operations.
Supervise HR system operations (currently using Cadena software) and ensure data accuracy.
Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company standards.

Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and HR compliance requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Manager in a garment factory with at least 500 employees.
Proficient in English (able to communicate effectively with foreign managers).
Male/Female, under 45 years old
Skilled in HR software management and MS Office applications.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
