Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the employee onboarding process, including preparation of welcome materials and orientation scheduling.

• Responsible for managing probation/contract renewal evaluation, managing and storing labor contracts/Internship agreements.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the HR & Admin team.

• Support payroll data management and related HR documentation.

• Assist in planning and executing internal events and employee engagement initiatives.

• Assist with administrative tasks: managing and filing documents, processing payment files for related expenses, drafting correspondence, tracking office supplies and equipment.

• Support HR recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening resumes, contacting candidates, coordinating and following up on interviews.

• Maintain and update HR records and databases.

Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and willingness to learn quickly.

• Interest in developing a career in Human Resources.

• Detail- oriented, diligent, honest, and responsible.

• Candidates residing near the company’s office location are preferred.

• Final- year student or recent graduate awaiting degree conferral.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and Power BI.

• Proficiency in Excel (Vlookup,Hlookup, Xlookup, Pivot Table,…)
