Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing)

Our client, a foreign- invested manufacturing company, is currently recruiting anHuman Sources Manager (Manufacturing, ID19542, 1500USD):
Talent Acquisition

Coordinate with departments on headcount plans and competency requirements.
Ensure adequate quantity and quality of manpower aligned with business needs.
Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction channels.
Build effective recruitment strategies and optimize the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain the R&R system by position.

Talent Development

Manage performance reviews, contract renewals, promotions, and appointments.
Improve employee performance through training and development programs.
Build and manage annual training plans and competency frameworks.
Oversee internal reading programs and learning culture.

Total Rewards & Performance

Ensure transparent and effective implementation of salary, bonus, and welfare policies.
Manage C&B for employees and BOD in compliance with company policies and Vietnamese law.
Oversee performance evaluation and salary/grade adjustments.
Analyze HR data and advise BOD on policy development.

Culture & Internal Communication

Standardize corporate culture content.
Organize annual culture- building and employee engagement programs.
Manage ESI metrics and internal communication channels.
Oversee 5S and safety activities across factories, offices, and farms.

HR Operations

Manage assets, access control, and common benefits (meals, drinks, stationery, transportation, etc.).
Handle administrative services for BOD (visa, work permit, housing).
Oversee all HR and administrative operations at factories
Coordinate improvement initiatives in offices, factories

Female, under 38 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Law.
Experience:5–10 years of hands- on experience in manufacturing; experience in animal feed production and farming is a strong advantage.
Strong HR knowledge in recruitment, training, C&B, culture & safety, HR operations.
Fluent in English
