JOD DESCRIPTIONS:
Monitor the probation period for new positions, Probation Contracts, and Labor Contracts, and send evaluation forms to department managers 14 days before the evaluation deadline. Remind departments to conduct evaluations on time.
Draft Probation Contracts, Recruitment Letters, and open bank accounts for new employees.
Resolve health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance 24/7, and family deductions for employees:
Create a list of increases and decreases in employees participating in unemployment insurance 24/7.
Support other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
Uniform tasks: Plan the periodic distribution of uniforms annually for employees, monitor the distribution of uniforms for new employees signing labor contracts.
Update employee information into the personnel management file.
Monitor the situation of personnel fluctuations in the hotel and prepare periodic reports on personnel usage.
Coordination in the recruitment process
Store and arrange personnel records according to the company&039;s regulations.
Manage and update personnel records
Draft documents, decisions, and terminate employment contracts.
Increase or decrease social insurance, health insurance according to current legal regulations.
Check and reconcile social insurance payment notifications with the social insurance agency&039;s data on the 29th of each month and make payment requests for social insurance.
Prepare the file for personal deductions for employees in need.
Receive and process sick leave and maternity benefit documents with the social insurance agency.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT FOR THE POSITION
Qualifications and Experience
Graduated from College/University with a major in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Good English communication skills.
At least 2 years of experience working in the Administration – Human Resources field in a 4- 5 star hotel environment.
Knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, and related regulations.
Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem- solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is an advantage.
Time management and effective work organization skills.
Qualities & Attitude
Proactive and flexible in handling tasks.
Strong teamwork and cooperative spirit with other departments.
Honest, responsible, and meticulous in work.
