• Key in, keep up to date and manage all employees’ information in the HRM software.
• Support HRM with some specific admin report or government report (if any)
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
• Develop and maintain current time attendance processing procedures
• Take lead of the full recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding,…) as per IHG standard.
• Control well the casual hiring matrix before submission for approval
• Design posters, videos, take pictures,... for activities.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times and maintain strict practice of office lock- up and security of information
• Prepare manual payment for termination
• Control and manage the HR fanpage & help to post all well- being activities
• Register work permit and visa/ residence card for new expatriate
• Manage all recruitment channels as per HRM’s assignment and keep updated every month
• Coordinate with departmental admin to ensure that roster assignment, valid time sheet checking, OT requests are on time and correct as per hotel policy
• Control all colleagues’ profiles in good order and organisation• Attend to employee enquiries in relation to pay issues
• Manage full- cycle on Casual Hiring and Payment
• Facilitate and support HRM and HR Department with all the departmental/ hotel activities
• Manage welfare for colleagues (locker, namebadge,…)
• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety
• Coordinates with other departments as necessary
• Control the WOT system well and be familiar with all functions in WOT system
• Prepare input for payroll run including hours worked, terminations, adjustments, annual, sick and unpaid leave, etc.
• Perform time attendance processing and month- end closing of payroll together with HR Executive
• Support guide colleagues for final payment & exit interview.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration
• Proficient in English, both speaking & writing.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Canva, Capcut…
• At least 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work- related experience.
• Communication skills are utilised a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.
