[Hybrid] Business Analyst

Act as the communication bridge between clients and technical teams.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and designers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
Support solution design by identifying system features, data requirements, and integration points.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Assist in change management and provide training or documentation for end users.
Participate in testing activities: define test cases, support UAT, and validate deliverables against requirements.
Conduct gap analysis between current systems/processes (As- Is) and proposed solutions (To- Be).
Work with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
Experience in banking/finance or ERP systems is highly preferred.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem- solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Knowledge of SDLC and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or Visio.
