Hygiene Supervisor

Prepare hygiene reports and recommend improvements.
Supervise and ensure all hygiene and food safety standards are consistently met
Monitor ingredient quality, expiry dates, and sample retention.
Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and related F&B spaces.
Train staff on hygiene procedures and food safety practices.
Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B teams to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and problem- solving skills.
Ability to supervise and coordinate with multiple departments.
Strong record- keeping and reporting skills.
Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good communication and training skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Experience in hygiene, QA, or similar roles.
Degree in Food Safety, F&B, Hospitality, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data- driven decisions.
